Whole-house repipe specialists.
PEX and copper repipes for older Houston-area homes. Galvanized, polybutylene, pinhole-leak copper — all replaced.
Signs your house needs a repipe
Low water pressure
Rust and corrosion buildup restricting flow inside the pipe.
Rust-colored water
Brown or red water = rust loosening inside galvanized pipe.
Repeated pinhole leaks
Once a copper line starts pinholing, expect more — repipe is usually cheaper than a string of patches.
Polybutylene plumbing
Common in 1978–1995 builds. Polybutylene fails — replace it before it does.
How a repipe goes
A typical 3-bath, 2,500 sq ft Houston-area home repipe runs 2–3 days. Day 1 we run new PEX (or copper) through walls, attic and crawlspace. Day 2 we tie in fixtures, pressure-test, and patch wall openings. Day 3 is final patch + paint touch-up + city inspection.
Water is off only for the connections — a few hours total over 2 days, not the full job.
We pull the City of Houston permit, schedule the inspection, and warranty the labor for 5 years and the PEX for 25 (manufacturer).

Common questions
Most 2–3 bathroom Houston-area homes land $6,500–$11,500 for PEX, $9,500–$16,500 for copper. We give a flat-rate quote — no hourly billing surprises.
Some access cuts in walls and ceilings, yes — usually 4×4 inches at strategic spots. We patch and paint to match before we leave.
For most homes, PEX. It's flexible, freeze-tolerant, doesn't pinhole, and runs 30–40% cheaper installed. Copper is still our pick for exposed runs and where code requires it.
