How we find it
We use acoustic listening gear (geophone-style) to hear the water moving through the leak point, plus thermal imaging on slabs and walls to spot temperature differentials. Pressure-isolation testing on each branch tells us which line is leaking, before we ever cut a wall.
Detection runs $295 for a single-line leak, more for a whole-house investigation. The detection fee is credited toward the repair if you use us for the fix.
