24/7 plumbing emergency dispatch.
Burst pipe, gas leak, slab leak, sewage backup — we move. Houston, Cypress, Tomball, Spring, Heights — round the clock.
What counts as an emergency
If you're not sure — call. We'd rather talk you through it than miss it.
Burst pipe / active leak
Water actively coming out where it shouldn't be. Shut off the main and call.
Gas smell
Get out of the house, call the gas company, then call us.
Sewage backup
Sewage in the tub/shower or main-line cleanout overflowing.
No water at all
Whole-house pressure loss usually means a service-line break.
Slab leak
Warm wet spot on the floor, sound of running water with everything off.
Water heater leaking heavily
Tank leaks usually mean replacement — but stop the bleeding first.
Before we get there
While we're rolling, three things will save you thousands:
- Shut off the water at the main (usually at the meter or just inside the garage).
- Cut power to anything getting wet — at the breaker panel, not at the wet outlet.
- Move what you can out of the affected room — towels under leaks, bins to catch drips, valuables out.
If it's a gas leak, get out of the house first and call from outside. Don't flip switches, don't light anything, don't even try to look for the leak yourself.
Or send us the details — we'll call back fast.
If it's actively flooding or you smell gas, please call (832) 441-9683 instead.
